During the recent COVID-19 issues, the owners of PSBC have been able to keep sales moving forward with some pricing adjustments and sale incentives resulting in 6 sales in March & April. Between June 2020 and the closing on the purchase of this investment opportunity, 100% of the projected cash flow will remain in the project either increasing cash on hand or paying construction debt. The cash flow build-out projections (available on request), show a final close out sale in December 2023.
