Description of Tenancy/Sublease:

I am seeking a responsible tenant to take over the remaining lease obligations under my 1-year lease, which commenced in or about November of 2020. The tenant will need to be approved with the current landlord, and potentially sign a new lease agreement, depending upon the landlord’s approval. Reason being: I recently decided to work from home, because I am expecting a baby, and my husband the other attorney at our office, works in Suite A, and two offices is too large.



Potential Options for the Right Fit:

Although we are currently looking for someone to take over our lease in Suite G, we may be agreeable to other options such as sublease, or short-term rental, should the landlord approval. Alternatively, we may be agreeable to rent the office that is smaller within the larger Suite G, both of which come with the lease we currently have remaining for Suite G until November of 2021. Otherwise, additional incentives by the current tenants such as remaining month rent (already paid) are additional bonuses of this listing, for a full lease takeover only. Please do keep in mind, the ideal situation is a full lease takeover. Therefore, feel free to contact me to discuss options and the present offers to see whether we would be agreeable to take your offer to the landlord for a different situation including lease of the smaller office, etc.
