We are considering the sale of a strategically valuable half- acre property, immediately adjacent to the only hospital at Lake Tahoe. In addition to Tahoe’s typical charming forestation, it is also the location of a one story, two-unit medical professional building, a bit over 2600 ft.², where over the years, advanced surgical sub-specialists have maintained their professional offices.
(Its acquisition could be a fortuitous stepping stone as your own healthcare system reaches out in future greater radius).
The one story structure is configured as a two office suite building with large common waiting area. Each suite has a front business office, two doctor consultation offices, three examination rooms, two bathrooms and a coffee room.
